Oneness within Oneself Meditation

Sit with your back erect on a meditation mat or a chair whichever is comfortable for you.

Gently place your hands on your thighs with palms facing upwards.

Take slow breaths into your abdomen. Feel your breath moving from the tip of your nostrils all the way into your lungs, pushing out your stomach as you inhale. Feel your abdomen collapse as breath is being pushed out of your lungs when you exhale.

Now gently bring your attention to the heart center. See and feel the Golden Orb in your heart and awaken to the source within you.

Feel your heart transforming into a sacred space filled with the Presence of the divine. Hold a prayer to lead you into a beautiful state of oneness with yourself.

Bring to your awareness any one aspect of yourself that you are struggling with.

Feel the emotions of self-judgement and self-hate as you connect with this particular quality within in you. See this conflicted self as a dark image in front of your eyes.

Bring your attention to breathing and this time let your breath be one unbroken cycle. Inhale a deep breath and exhale a long breath. Continue to breathe this way intensely for 2 minutes.

Gently place both your palms on your heart, connect to your Divine.

Breathe normally. Pray and ask your Divine to let go of your inner struggle and to find peace with yourself.

Feel the dark image of your conflicted self slowly dissipate. Feel your inner being become calm like a placid lake.

Immerse yourself in the serenity of your own being and let it engulf you completely. Remain in this beautiful state of being one with yourself. Express gratitude to your Divine.

See and feel the Golden Orb in your heart and awaken to the source within you. Feel your heart transforming into a sacred space filled with the Presence of the divine.

Hold a prayer to lead you into a beautiful state of oneness with your loved one. Bring to your awareness any one relationship that you are struggling with.

Feel the emotions of hurt and anger as you imagine and feel the other within you.

Gently place both your palms on your heart, connect to your Divine.

Breathe normally. Pray and ask your Divine to let go of your anger and hurt and find peace with the other.

Repeat this slowly to yourself and feel the dark cloud of your anger and hurt slowly dissipate.

Feel your inner being become filled with love. Immerse yourself in love as you now see and feel the other within you. In this moment, you and the other are one.

Remain in this beautiful state of being one with the other.

Feel the deep sense of discomfort around work. Allow that sense of discomfort to express itself - whatever it is - aggression or frustration or a lack of passion that you feel.

Gently place both your palms on your heart, connect to your Divine.

Breathe normally. Pray and ask your Divine to let go of your emotional discomfort with work and find peace with yourself.

Repeat this slowly to yourself and feel the dark cloud of uncomfortable emotions slowly dissipate.

Feel your inner being become calm like a placid lake. Immerse yourself in the serenity of your own being and let it engulf you completely. Remain in this beautiful state of being one with your work.

Feel the forces of your mind, your ego and attachment to views and ideologies that cause this division.

Gently place both your palms on your heart and connect to your Divine.

Breathe normally. Pray and ask your Divine to - let go of your ego and find peace with your community.

Repeat this slowly to yourself and feel the dark cloud slowly dissipate. Feel your inner being become calm like a placid lake.

Immerse yourself in the serenity of your own being and let it engulf you completely. Feel your entire community within you and feel connected to them.

Bring to your awareness the nature around you. Feel the different instances and ways in which you have hurt mother nature and not cared for her. Feel this aspect within you as a dark self in front of your eyes.

Feel how your actions born from this state of disconnection have caused harm to the sustainability of nature and life around you.

Gently place both your palms on your heart and connect to your Divine.

Breathe normally. Pray and ask your Divine to let go of your disconnection and find peace with all life.

Repeat this slowly to yourself and feel the dark image of your disconnected self slowly dissipate. Feel your inner being expand and become connected to nature and all forms of life. Immerse yourself in this experience completely.
